Payment & Shipping
All products are manufactured by 'Printful'. All items are only created when your order is purchased and sent to the print on demand warehouse.
Majority of 'Squad Wear Shop' products are shipped from the US and AUS.
To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we route your orders to 'Printful' fulfillment centers where we can fulfill and ship them in the quickest way!
It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products.
The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination.
Shipping to Australia is free if you spend over $100 AUD!
In traditional made-to-sell stores, products are made in large quantities that often exceed market demands. Around 85% of textiles produced by the fashion industry end up in landfills, making it a major contributor to environmental damage. Print on demand is a more sustainable fashion choice and an important part of Squad Wear Shop!
Why am I only seeing part of my order on my shipment email?
That's because we ship some things separately depending on the origin country who fulfill that specific product eg. like hats and jumpers. You'll receive an email every time any items of your order are shipped.
Due to significant changes in Victorian state restrictions, there is an increase in parcel congestion which is having a direct impact on estimated delivery dates.
Express parcels are being prioritized at this time.
Australia Post is experiencing delivery delays, due to limited flights, social distancing requirements, and increased parcel volumes.
Returns & Refunds
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted by 'Squad Wear Shop' no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to 'Squad Wear Shop'. Please contact 'Squad Wear Shop' before returning any products.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the 'Printful' facility. 'Squad Wear shop' will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
'Squad Wear Shop' does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are at 'Squad Wear shop's' expense and discretion.
